[Newlug] yeee haaa got VNC working

I just got it going it's sweet.  I was able to use my computer from another 
one just like I was there.  The only drawback is my main computer has a 
larger screen size 1280x1024 and the other one I was on has less so you have 
to scroll.  VNC (virtual network computing) is remote display of your 
desktop.

It's very easy if your runing Debian apt-get install vncserver,xvncviewer
