Who is the President?

As an American and a member of this group, I am very confused over this issue of the Presidency.  After all hasn't it already been established in 2000 that being a member of an organization with voting rights, be it a nation state like the United States or a group of registered geeks, that the President should be apointed by the Supreme Court?. I think we should start an investigation into how to go about buying this Institution so that the members of our group will know how to appoint our President and if it's ok for NEWLUG's President to have meaningles sex with simi-attractive females.
