Thank you for putting together this recap. To elaborate a little on the
Novell users group (NEWNUG) part, They meet the second tuesday of every
month, so the next one will be March 9th at 6:30pm - held at Fox Valley
Lutheran High School (5300 N. Meade Street Appleton, WI 54913-8383). I
have discussed with Chris, the presedent of the group about joining
forces to create a larger peer support group that covers a more generic
arena of networking - encompasing both Novell and Linux. I believe it
will be easier to get better presentors to one meeting a month and more
member participation by having 2 meeting a month in two locations - 2nd
Tuesday = Appleton; 4th Wednesday = Green Bay.
Once the web site is transfered to its new home, I would like to start a
marketing strategy to get some new members - Flyers or newpaper ads or
invitations, etc.
