[Newlug] edgy eft upgrade

my upgrade from dapper to edgy went alright. i have a question about one
of the messages i got, tho. something about some of the packages being
deactivated (not unsupported, that was a different issue, which i'm ok
with). it said that i was supposed to do something after the
installation but i don't remember what. does anyone know?
