1.) They serve food - it's a Bar & Grill.  So, to answer your question -
They do not card minors.  Anyone is allowed in for our Linux meeting.

2.) They will be supplying a WiFi connection just for us.

Regarding bars and minors, as long as the place is serving food, it
might be OK.  For example, I know that the Time Out Sports Bar in
Manitowoc will allow minors inside until it stops serving food at 10
PM.  Then it's 21+ only, unless a parent is with them.
