darrick / asterisk fans, if there's anything i can do to help, let me
know. maybe i could show people how to install / configure sip software on
their laptops at the august meeting (august 13) as a warmup to your
presentation? we could experiment with different codecs and things like
that.

also, i might be able to bring a couple grandstream phones. and anyone who
has headphones (with speakers and microphones), please bring them to use
with the sip software.

we still could use a presentation for the next meeting -- i assume it will
be july 9. does anyone have a topic prepared?

btw if everyone is comfortable with the current meeting time (second
monday of each month), let's go with that. otherwise, we need to set a new
one.
