[Newlug] Linux : Security Topic

It was not meant as a presentation topic. It was meant as a "doesn't
look like we'll have one for July so lets have a topic of discussion"
type deal. It's something that's generic enough we could have a lengthy
discussion/debate on rather than a more specific topic that we would run
out of things to discuss (as has happened in the past) which just leads
to the old what distro are you using type questions.
