[Newlug] Access points for use with openwrt

(after some wrestling w/DNS) The internet connectivity at the meetings
has been facilitated by a Linksys WAP54G flashed with dd-wrt.  Out of
the box, it is only an access point extending your LAN, but with
dd-wrt it can route and serve DHCP, for example.
