Update:

The event will be happening in room D116. The best entrance to use is
Entrance 3.

If you are not familiar with FVTC, a map of the building is available

map of the parking lot is available
here <http://fvtc.edu/public/itemattach.aspx?type=page&id=12443>.  You can
park in the staff/visitor parking if there are any spaces available.
