[Newlug] Google Wave discussion- The future of NEWLUG.

Hello, NEWLUG people.

As you may have heard, I was recently elected President of NEWLUG.  As such,
I'm trying to collect some opinions about NEWLUG, and I've decided to use a
Wave in Google Wave to facilitate the group communication.  I understand
that not everyone checks their waves daily, and not everyone has a wave
account.  However, I feel that using wave for this type of discussion is
preferable, as not everyone on the list may feel like discussing these
issues at length, and I'd like to save them the pain and suffering of
following along if they aren't interested.

The questions I'd like to discuss at first:

What sorts of activities should NEWLUG do? What do YOU want to do with
NEWLUG?

How should NEWLUG store its membership info? What info should NEWLUG have?
Who should have access to it?

Where and when should we meet?


If you do not have a Google Wave account, let me know via the mailing list
or via email and I will add you to the wave.  Currently, all of the
participants in the NEWLUG Wave have also been added to the "Future of
NEWLUG" wave.  Depending on how this goes, we may choose to continue to use
WAVE, or use other tools, such as IRC or a PHPbb forum.
